Ayra Magazine Customer Policies

1. Delivery Policy

  • Standard Delivery Time: Ayra Magazine is published in the UK and requires international shipping for some destinations. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery. This timeframe accommodates the customs clearance process and international shipping logistics.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. This will allow you to monitor the status of your delivery.

  • Delivery Delays: In rare instances, there may be delays beyond our control, such as customs inspections or postal service delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these situations.

 

2. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Period: Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we cannot guarantee the cancellation due to processing times.

  • Refund Process: If an order is cancelled within the permitted timeframe, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Refund Confirmation: Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

3. Return and Refund Policy

  • Damaged or Defective Magazines: If you receive a damaged or defective magazine, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund upon receiving the returned item.

  • Return Process: To return a damaged or defective magazine, please contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

  • Processing Refunds: Once we receive the returned magazine and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
